THE EXPERIENCE

Start with your skin and your preferences

Before your session, discuss your usual skincare routine, areas of concern and any product sensitivities. The service includes cleansing, comedone cleansing where appropriate for your skin, facial massage and an ampoule application. Your therapist will confirm the products and session details with you.

Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (TWD). Booking times use Taipei time (UTC+8).

Submitting a request does not reserve a time slot. The front desk will contact you to confirm.

How long is the facial, and what is the price?

Approximately 90 minutes, NT$3,200. The session details are discussed before it begins.

What does the facial include?

Cleansing, comedone cleansing where appropriate for your skin, facial massage and an ampoule application. Your therapist will confirm the products and steps with you.

Should I mention sensitive skin before booking?

Please tell us about sensitivities and the skincare products you currently use, so your therapist can discuss the products and session arrangement with you.

Can I book a facial and a massage on the same day?

Add your preferred services and order to the booking notes. The front desk will confirm staffing and timing; each service has its own price.

Is my appointment confirmed when I send the form?

The form saves your request. The front desk then contacts you to confirm the service and time; your appointment is arranged after that confirmation.
