Information we process

Please provide only information needed for booking and service arrangements. Avoid entering identity document numbers, card details or full medical records in general notes. Hosting services may also keep necessary technical logs, such as IP address, browser and connection time, according to their configuration.

Information is used to handle booking requests, confirm arrangements, organize services, provide necessary customer support, protect the website and reduce duplicate or abusive submissions. It is processed through the website and necessary communication tools, with contact through your selected method.

Retention and cleanup
The retention period for website booking request records is shown in the booking and personal information notice before submission. It is counted from the later of the requested service date or the date the request was received. Scheduled system cleanup is used after that period.
LINE group messages, backups and transaction or service records that must be retained by law are managed separately and are not deleted at the same time as website requests. When the purpose ends or the retention period expires, information is deleted or processing or use is stopped as required by applicable rules. Records that must be retained for lawful or necessary business purposes are handled only to the extent needed.
Cookies, usage events and external platforms
The website uses necessary session cookies to protect forms and reduce duplicate submissions, and a language preference cookie to remember your selection. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect the booking form or language settings.
